Refund policy

We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Returns. Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or had their seal or cellophane removed.

To start a return, contact us at amaansayed87@gmail.com or 647-707-2974 with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges. To exchange an unopened item for a different fragrance, contact us and we will arrange it.
