Overview. This website, feelingsfragrance.ca, is operated by MSZA Trading (operating as Feelings Fragrance), 26 Noreen Dr, Scarborough, ON M1R 1B8, Canada. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We try to show product descriptions, images and prices accurately, but packaging may vary slightly and errors can happen. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and returns. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use. Our fragrances are for external use only. Test on a small area of skin first, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep away from flames, heat and children.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies to your order.
